I hate time wasting but yeah ended up hiring this time waster. He lied to me about being a professional and real person. He lied to me and kept changing the deadline. But work never came. All I kept hearing is different schedule. This is the classic skill of time waster. Are you looking for a time waster or real professional person? If you want time waster, then hire him. Otherwise, I would ask you to run away from him. He is enough to destroy your project.
