Currently, working as an Intern at TD Bank, I have had the opportunity to work in the environment which fosters leveraging data using the latest tools and technologies to generate insights for drawing strategic business decisions.
Before joining Master’s in Management Analytics at Rotman (Batch of 2020), I was working as a Product Consultant with Ericsson for three years, providing competitive technology solutions to telecom operators worldwide such as Bell, Rogers, Verizon to name a few. Bid Office was a part of a global organization at Ericsson, where I had the opportunity to come up with the new market areas in North and Latin America to grow our business potential. Having access to the business data across all the market areas I took the lead on market insight research and pitched a detailed report to the project team with key insights to fragment the market based on new customer trends. I had the chance to lead multiple projects at Ericsson to provide clients with optimized cost solutions increasing customer acquisition by around 8%. The contribution was recognized by the leadership team at Ericsson making me the youngest employee from Bid Office to receive a spot award. While working with Ericsson, I realized that how data science is revolutionizing the way business is being conducted and decisions are being taken at an unprecedented pace.
