I am writing in response to any opportunity for the position of Program Manger/Planner Scheduler, I have been in QA/QC, Superintendent Job for 12 Years, The last Two Projects completed was Overseas Building Operation (OBO)-US EM-BASSY Multiple Projects in Haiti for 8-1/2 Years under CCE LLC and DFS Construction LLC such as Prison Camp, Hospitals, Police Barracks, Housing, and Military Camps and Medical Camps Hospitals, concurrent with Haiti Project m during 2018, I have joined TASK FORCE LLC for the Hurricane Recovery Response under STEP-FEMA Puerto Rico as Program Consultants dealing with Planning and Schedules, QC Management for 600 Housing Units and was completed on April 2019.
During 2006, I work with Burns and Roe JV DCK Worldwide in Guantanamo Bay Cuba (NAVFAC) as Planner Scheduler and Joined Arkel International in Afghanistan on 2009 as Senior Estimator and Planner Scheduler, from 2011 I joined The Diplomat Group who owns DFS Construction and Contracting Consulting Engineering LLC and became the Project Manager in Afghanistan and was Transferred to Brunei Shell SAV Hangar Project, after the completion I was Deployed to Caribbean Projects and performing Bids, Planning Scheduling up to Execution of Multiple Projects.
As a Program Manager/Senior Planner Scheduler, my job interconnects the proper timing and Project Life Cycle Planning and Schedule from Post Award, Administrative Submittals, SAFETY, QC, Product Submittal Approvals, Procurement, and Lead Time Shipping to Execution of the Works (Definable Features of works) understanding to deliver the project with safety at a lowest possible cost and Shortest possible time not to affect the Quality as well as the Close out of the project and Warranty period.
I am Filipino, 47 years of age, currently looking for a new opportunity, l have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that make it easy to converse with the client, employee and upper management efficiently, I am always professional, friendly and easy to talk to, which helps to create a good working environment, I have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions for most any problem that arises, having experience to deal with problems on most-HAZARD-Green Zone, Remote Areas Projects that I have been previously assigned, I am previously approved for Moderate Risk Public Trust Security Clearance or MRTP for United States Federal Government Projects.
My Skill Set and Experience combining Construction Management, Planning Scheduling, and Quality Control Management would be an additional help to the company and to be able to execute the Project with SAFETY and High-Quality Workmanship a Lowest Possible Cost and Shortest Possible Time.
