Greetings, I am Mark Kartischko and am fluent in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat; as well as. Microsoft Office 365 Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and publisher. I have over 23 years of experience as a graphic designer and 20 years of instructional design experience. I am well-trained in typography and color theory. Also, adept in working in various formats, format conversion and can produce any desired format output. From graphic design to publishing to desk-top publishing to web design to multimedia to instructional system development to instructional systems designer, I have been through it all. Each stage building upon another, culminating in a successful instructional designer, graphic designer, and desk-top publisher. This on top of a 21-year career in the Naval Nuclear Power Program. I am pursuing my dream of working for people, pursuing their dreams, instead of working at a job for whatever company won a faceless contract. I more appreciate helping others by accomplishing their needs, assisting to fulfill their desires, or, even possibly, helping some attain their dreams. I am meticulous, efficient, and honest. I earned a master’s degree in educational technology from George Washington University, a bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University, and an associate degree from Trident Technical College in Computer Graphics.
