Project Description Hello, I have a small project I needed some help with. I am building a steel hangar using limited materials due to the locally available materials. The structure will be used as a workshop and will sustain vibration from the equipment. The locally available materials are very limited here in Somalia. I need the structural design and detailing for the below described building. All calculations must be submitted. Relevant Information for design: 1) 28m x 28m Building (See image below) 2) Drawing Plan Attached 3) Locally Available Materials: a) W200x59 and W200x39 (CSA) for beams and columns 6 meter lengths. If you need more details please let me know. b) I was planning to use light weight HSS 4x8 as the purlins for roof and girts for siding. c) Alternatively, pour concrete columns to support the roof if the I-beam section is not sufficient.
