Outline for CRM (leads and contacts):
1. Create a workflow for incoming leads based on the lead source. Responsive and Non-Responsive.
2. Create notifications for the new leads and different tasks
3. Create tasks triggered by different call dispositions
4. Non-reponsive leads can be contacted by any telemarketer following the blueprint.
5. Include an option to add scripts based on the lead source.
6. Automate follow up emails and calls for non responsive leads
7. Need to integrate Zoho with our website chat and webforms
8. Customize fields relevant to our required information.
9. Implement lead scoring
10. Create a Demo module for approved meetings. This demo model is for sales people. This module CAN NOT display personal information from the lead. (Phone, email)
11. Setup a trigger for the Leadcal

Worked extensively with Umar over the course of several months to get caught up on multiple Zoho build projects I had. It was great to hand off the request, outline the goal and have him tackle the complex build and Deluge script writing. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and willing to adjust and document to meet our corporate design and style needs. When we hit challenges, we worked outside the box and found creative solutions. Could not have otherwise put the final customizations in place without him. Billing was always reasonable and accurate. Will return to him for all ongoing collaborative Zoho build work in the future. Like having a great employee on staff on call.
