AfterEffects: Create Script to automate video creation

My task was very clear: "I need an AfterEffects Script to automate video creation". http://www.freelancer.com/projects/2514243.html I've shown an example, uploaded all files, wrote again that I need the code and he said, that he has an "coding expert" for that. Well, after the first milestone I've seen a video and thougt, that this would be mase by the script. After the second milestone, the video was perfect, but I just get the video output. I've asked for the code, but he told me that he don't know what I mean. After that, I get no response anymore... $90 for nothing...
