-Preparation of SDF Annual Budget. -Supervision of financial & accounting procedures of SDF’s projects. -Review, monitor and suggest improvements in the internal financial disciplines. -Preparing detail management accounts for the use of all management staff who are budget holders and who are responsible for implementing projects or providing support services. -Assisting program managers in the preparation of budgets which should reflect as accurately as possible the financial impact of proposed activities. -Responsible for ensuring that the field management system and records are adequate to identify and protect the assets and interest of the organization and to enhance as far as possible the efficiency and effectiveness of the manner in which funds and assets are utilized. -Develop the capacity of the regional offices accountants. -Perform periodic review and assessments of local partner financial functions -Maintaining of staff payroll, medical record, leave record and personnel record. -Maintaining close liaison with relevant governmental, non-governmental and private offices throughout Pakistan and provide up-date on monthly basis to relevant Departmental Head(s). -Supervising and assigning duties to all drivers and service staff.
