Convert JPG of Logo in to PSD with layers and some modifications - 06/05/2024 01:09 EDT

Hello, i have created a logo in AI tool, but there are typos in the name, i need someone to take this JPG attached and do the following changes:

1) Change the White color to Yellow (including the text and the arrow with the charts)
2) Change to yellow color to Blue (Please note in the yellow circle there is gradients of several colors i want similar pattern in blue gradients)
3) the word CAPIITAL should be CAPITAL

please note the First that will provide this logo or a very similar in PSD format will win
