It's impossible to upload videos here (given the file size - at least 2MB). I did one in Flash and uploaded it in my server. The file size is only 25kB (which is what it should be in the web). You can view it here: http://wanagaran.freehostia.com/swf/1.swf

Dear Sir, Kindly check out the designs and provide your valuable feedback. Moreover if you want any changes then let me know. Maybe some frames are not clear but these are crystal clear in GiF format. Thank You

yohanandz / ZISGraphics - what on Earth have you submitted? How can you have a banner as a MOV, MPEG, FLV, AVI??? This contest is asking for the wrong type of file.

Nice - a very creative workaround! I'm having problems converting to flv for some reason, or rather cannot play the output...

Ok, well I managed to submit my designs as an AVI although the quality has deteriorated, but you can at least make it out. The actual files are much clearer. Kind regards, e-w.

I've just spent some time designing these two banners - can I please ask why the file type to be submitted is VIDEO?? This seems to me to be the wrong media. I was under the impression you required two static banners, even if they are to be faded in/out the submissions should surely be 2 x static images? I'm currently unable to submit my designs.

Hi, normally banners are just pictures (static). For such contests, designers would normally be able to submit just pictures in normal, standard files, such as files with .png or .gif extensions for example. When an employer sets up a contest on freelancer.com they specify what type of files should be acceptable. I think what you need is these static picture files. Instead, this contest seem to have been set up to accept VIDEO (ie moving film image) entries. It seems some people have got around this problem by having movie files just showing their picturs but that's really not what you need. If you could somehow change the contest to accept image files rather than movies I think you'd get what you want, and get a lot more entries too. I'm not sure if it's possible now to change the expected file format - I hope so, otherwise you may have to set up a new contest / cancel this one? I don't know. I hope this helps. Regards, e-w.

Just had a further check - perhaps if you can change the "Recommended skills" to ONLY include "Graphic Design" and "Banner Design" it might work. It's possible that the inclusion of "Video Services" as a recommended skill is what's causing the problem.

Be careful - animated gifs are GIFs, this contest is currently only accepting MOV, MPEG, FLV or AVI files! Makes no sense!
