We're hunting for a skilled call center with proficiency in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, to manage less than 50 customer inquires a day over phone, email, or chat. Expertise should include, but is not limited to:
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
2. Experienced in handling customer inquiries and providing support.
3. Availability to work during specified hours.
4. Strong communication skills and professionalism.
5. Ability to adapt to various customer needs and situations.
6. Reliable internet connection and necessary infrastructure for handling calls efficiently.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented individuals with good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude will be ideal for this role. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, thus ability to cater to customer needs without losing patience is mandatory. Prior experience in a similar role will be a bonus.
