House Design Proposal.
I started analyzing the existing plan and i noticed how the rooms where small and uncomfortable ... So the idea was to make these spaces larger and more open to offer the luxury and the comfort you're looking for. Thus I've tried to achieve that by reducing necessary circulation and removing some walls.. I kept the parents bedroom on the main level and gave it more space with a modern and large wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom. I also tried removing some walls between the kitchen and the dining room To enrich the experience of transition between them and offer more visual communication between the spaces I moved the offices downstairs providing larger spaces for them and a larger bathroom. The Gym now replaces that large basement. And on the upper level we find the 2 children bedrooms with bathtubs and large wardrobes providing a more intimate and comfort atmosphere. I've added some contemporary references to help you imagine the new ambiance. I hope you like it.
