I want to use this wordpress template https://pictoricodemo.wordpress.com/ to create admin panel , css developer, rating , bootstrap, But the main page will be same as home page and others page accoring to http://osman.site50.net/ (which is like as http://bestcss.in--as your required) . In is mention that another page will be more glorious.
