Contest Brief

We need user interface mockup (as image - we will do the html, css etc outselves)
It is for our online booking system.

This is used for patients to book a appointment with their doctor or massage therapiest. (booking individual treatment)
It is used by fitness centers who have Yoga, Pilates etc for 10 people at the same time. (booking in group)
It is used by people who want a haircut AND a coloring of hair. (booking individual treatment + extra service)

We need a new layout for the entire process: user selects location/activity/doctor – user selects a time – user logs in – user get confirmation.

Format: image / photoshop

It will be a few images that you need to do;
first the one where they do the settings (pick location (if any), activity etc)
then the actual time table of available times they can book (from here they can also change things like activity etc)
and a final confirmation screen (your time 2014-01-01 at 10:00 with dr. Jesper is confirmed type of message)

So this is used by the customer to book a appointment at a clinic/practice/gym/doctor/massage etc
In the pdf i have attached some screenshots of some of the many services

(on request i also added the specification as odt - openoffice document since some had problems opening the pdf)

Hi. Just so everyone know - There will be some time now where we will go though the designs. Just so no one is waiting for me. I will meet up with customers and get their likes and dislikes etc...
Freelancer gives me 14 days after contest finishes to pick a design... just so you know it will take some time. Great job everyone!

Its a bit more than four days. The weakest part of everyones design right now is the part where we show the available times. The rest is really coming along and being better and better.
I hope someone will shock me tomorrow with something unique, excellent and that really big wow factor ;-)
