Hi dear. I didn't have enough time to create your scene but I fully understand your mean. I saw other freelancer didn't create something that you want. I send you some picture to show you what kind of vector file I have. First image is something that I'm looking for create that. But I will add rain and people with umbrella and cars as you want. And even I think abut your other scene. Good news is I'm able to create all of them in same quality. Just give me one day!
