Contest Brief
A cutting-edge technology unit in a leading Nordic financial institution is looking for a graphic/web designer to support the branding of its new big data platform.
Candidates are invited to submit their proposals for the following services:
Create a Team Behaviours Poster that will be displayed in offices
The intention of the poster is to contrast "Good Team" behaviour with "Bad Team" behaviour.
We'd like the poster to contrast "Good Team" behaviour with "Bad Team" behaviour for the six statements below.
Good teams understand their key stakeholders and are committed to inventing solutions that work
Bad teams only gather requirements from stakeholders.
Good teams have product, design, engineering and customer sit side-by-side
Bad teams ask for documents and schedule meetings.
Good teams are constantly trying out new ideas
Bad teams are still waiting for permission to run a test.
Good teams engage directly with end users and customers .
Bad teams think they are the customer.
Good teams integrate and release continuously
Bad teams test manually and release everything at once.
Good teams obsess over their customers.
Bad teams obsess over competitors.
The Team Logo will also be displayed on the poster. The logo will be provided to the winning designer.

Target audience: Internal development teams, Internal divisions engaged in activities entailing big data analytics, data science, machine learning. Audience is tech-oriented working in a bank environment
