A cutting-edge technology unit in a leading Nordic financial institution is looking for a graphic/web designer to support the branding of its new big data platform.

Candidates are invited to submit their proposals for the following services:
 Create a Team Behaviours Poster that will be displayed in offices
The intention of the poster is to contrast "Good Team" behaviour with "Bad Team" behaviour.

We'd like the poster to contrast "Good Team" behaviour with "Bad Team" behaviour for the six statements below.

Good teams understand their key stakeholders and are committed to inventing solutions that work
Bad teams only gather requirements from stakeholders.

Good teams have product, design, engineering and customer sit side-by-side
Bad teams ask for documents and schedule meetings.

Good teams are constantly trying out new ideas
Bad teams are still waiting for permission to run a test.

Good teams engage directly with end users and customers .
Bad teams think they are the customer.

Good teams integrate and release continuously
Bad teams test manually and release everything at once.

Good teams obsess over their customers.
Bad teams obsess over competitors.

The Team Logo will also be displayed on the poster. The logo will be provided to the winning designer.

Poster should be printable at A3, A2 and A1 sizes
 Preferred colours: White, black, Blue with the following colour codes
B4. The main Blue: R=0 G=0 B=160
B5. Deep Blue: RGB: 0–0–94
B3. Vivid Blue: 0–0–255
B2. Medium Blue: 51–153–255
B1. Light Blue: 153–204–255

 Target brand feeling: change, innovation, hi-tech, friendly, bank-appropriate, agile development
 Target audience: Internal development teams, Internal divisions engaged in activities entailing big data analytics, data science, machine learning. Audience is tech-oriented working in a bank environment

Note: Design needs to be aligned with the overall company brand directives, further instructions will be given to the winning design.

We'd like to have a bigger contrast between "Good" and "Bad" behaviours on the poster. Would it be possible to have a "Good" behaviour column and a "Bad" behaviour column. An example would be "Good teams do X, Bad Teams do Y" with a representative graphic

We're after a simple look and feel. Would it be possible to use cartoons or drawings rather than photos on the poster.

Hello. " Note: Design needs to be aligned with the overall company brand directives, further instructions will be given to the winning design." - This could be tricky. What would be the "scope" of alignment after a design is complete? Without the brand directives (if they are strict), how do you propose to judge entries? Isn't it possible the winning entry may have to completely redo the poster if it doesnt fit within the brand guidelines? Thanks

  Hi, thanks for your question. The alignment to company brand directives will be to add the Team Logo to the poster. The winning design will have to leave a space on the poster for the team logo.
