Contest Brief
The band is called Shady Grove after the iconic restaurant and live music venue in Austin Texas. They perform southern rock, Americana, and country rock styles of music. Influenced by bands such as The Heartbreakers and Blackberry Smoke, it has a distinctive aggressive guitar driven sound, the styles you would hear in southern states of the USA.
