So I'm attaching my company logo, the company name is "Old Sport Dispatch" the ad is about recruiting drivers, but not just drivers but CDL drivers (CDL in the states is commercial driver license) so here is what we need to say on the add:

Old Sport Dispatch is offering a referral cut of 1% from each load CDL driver referred by you will haul lifetime!
CDL drivers earn .$/mile + % from gross, weekly.
Drive new units, PO, Dry Van, Flatbed.
