Contest Brief

I'm a Real Estate agent with REMAX, I have a commercial mix-use warehouse for lease and need material I can post to social media pages, profiles, and other websites, print out for handing out and run as an ad. I would like for it to stand out a bit more than a generic template out there through REMAX or other free/paid websites with templates.

I would like to have myself on there with info for contact. Name , phone number, email.

My office logo ( https://elite-brooklyn-ny.remax.com/) , also let's have a color play on REMAX colors. Doesnt have to be heavily colored but a theme for sure. Have it without the white background transparent sitting.

My idea is a professional/minimalistic approach with a nice picture or 2 depending on how that fits with the creation and address of the property. Let's have it say "For Lease" My own picture on there with basic info as mentioned ...name, number, email. If we can add some info like sq ft 6567, 2 office spaces, 2 bathrooms this info floating on top somewhere transparently.
