Contest Brief

Please note: winner must provide final PDS file and final image must be JPEG 3000x3000.
I would like an original design - NOT JUST A TREATED PHOTO - for album art for a song that's about a true story of people protesting against an unjust law.
It can be similar to the attached photo, with the following differences:
- Make it simple. Can have more detail for people in foreground and much less for people in back. Don't want to spend a lot for design of unnecessary detail.
- Can be somewhat abstract so long as meaning of people protesting is obvious.
- Because the song is about an event from over 20 years ago, it should not have people with pink hair nor smart phones.
- The true story of Leroy affected people in poor neighborhoods. So the image should depict people of low income but who are also concerned citizens fighting for a just cause .
- People should be of mixed race with a majority being people of color.
- There shouldn't be as many smiling faces as in this photo, but a few subtle smiles is OK. Most should have expressions that are serious, earnest, and/or passionate.
- Sign in front should say "Let him drive" but this is not the title of the song, so this text should not be so prominent that it is mistake for the title.
- It should prominently display the actual title of the song, which is: Leroy's Comin' Your Way
- It should also include my logo, attached. However it does not need to be purple - just whatever color blends well with the rest of the graphic.
- Please provide a rough image of what your design would look like as well as supply link to similar artwork you have created.
- Feel free to add whatever creative flair you think would work, but any design - including more straightforward - will be considered equally.
The contest winner is expected to make needed edits to the design and to ensure it is original, as well as to grant me full copyright of the final piece.
