Here I added all pictures and also fixed previous ones considering your notes. I also think that it's better to hide unnecessary info (like messages counter or dates) -- or this is important? -- using info icons.

Did you know that there are pages written by Google about how to use this divider line, and how long it's supposed to be? Did you read it, or you got lucky? Because this is exactly what the line should do when the list elements have an avatar. :)

And how would these icons work?The problem is that these tasks can have many states: no info, delivered, non-delivered, or mandatory note missing.

2# -I don't like "Work with me" written on the screen x times. The icon in #1 _is_ the icon for a context menu, we should use that one.

I think it's helpful to see. This is an "offline" app they will use along the web application, and not all the notes are synced because it's unnecessary. So there might be a topic with 100's of messages normally, but in the app it might be empty (if all the messages are old). So it saves a lot of pointless clicking to know if a topic is empty on the device.
