Contest Brief

I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to create a sophisticated logo that captures the essence of professionalism and authority. This design will be the face of my brand and should reflect a powerful corporate identity.
The Logo needs to include the name of the company, "Lifte" . They are a property management company. The logo needs to include the tag line "Property Management". There is no current colours or branding. The logo needs to be subtle yet unique. A suggestion was to have a "roof" over the word, or something to do with the "i" in the word, but open to any suggestions. The logo will mainly be used in Invoices and email signatures.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing logo designs and wordmarks
- Understanding of modern branding principles
- Ability to translate company values into visual design

- Freelancer Expectations:
- Offer color palette suggestions aligning with professional aesthetics
- Design a wordmark or letter-based logo
- Present multiple concepts for review and refinement
- Communicate effectively and adhere to deadlines

A successful freelancer will demonstrate an eye for detail, a knack for clean typography, and the capacity to convey a commanding presence through design. Previous experience working on corporate branding is highly advantageous.
