*Card needs to be dual sided. (i.e., photo and logo with additional details on one side and QR code/website on the other side)
* We need QR code on the back side of card
* Preferred colors are as given in logo design
* Change in logo- Name need to be listed as Faith Insurance GROUP instead of Agency. Icon needs to change from a to G.
