I'm searching for an illustrator to create a cartoon-style picture of a person for me. The illustration should be bright and colorful.

I want a drawing similar to the style of the first picture 1

the drawing is for the person in pictures 2 , 3 with a blue background instead of a yellow

I want everything the same but change Bakgraund and use the person on picture 2,3

I want the source file and PNG without background

I have future projects for the winner
