Contest Brief

I need a full company logo for headletter and a miniaturized version for stamp.
Company name is "AVIDHO", as sample photo the A must incorporate an arrow pointing downward and the V an arrow pointing upward with the remaining part of the name in smaller size following the V.
The stamp version must feature only the AV.
