Contest Brief

Illustrate a character from a Chinese fantasy novel. This will be given away to fans of the novel as a hi-resolution desktop wallpaper, so please make the final product hi-resolution, with plenty of extra room around the edges to crop to different screen resolutions and ratios. This novel is "xianxia," or "immortal heroes," and features many mythological and fantastic settings.
Elements of the person:
Chinese girl, late teens, dressed in red, slender, curvaceous body, face devilish yet beautiful
Elements of the scene:
It should be her casting a blood spell, preparing to engaged in battle with her enemies.
Her pupils turned blood-red. Her hands shifted in front of her chest, as she formed the hand seal.
Numerous blood snakes, as thick as a thumb and five to six meters long, were unleashed from behind her back, which slithered beside her, making sounds that sounded like the cracks of a whip.
Dirt rising from the ground as if some powerful blood beasts were travelling underneath.

one thing, I might have given you the impression that blood snakes are actual snakes, I'm sorry for that. But actually, they are threads of spiritual aura that the girl releases. Soy they can look like snakes or they can just be auras swimming around her.
