Contest Brief

Need logo similar to the attached promoting new residential real estate group in California, USA.

The names on the logo should be exactly spelled out 'Mauricio & Sharkey', then on 2nd line 'Real Estate Group'.
Top line names should be in a classy, elegant script but NOT too fancy or hard to read.
2nd line should probably be small font size and all CAPS, similar to the example.

Color scheme should be Royal Blue & Yellow/Gold.

Regarding the artwork represented real estate, we want a more abstract design, not just a house/clipart. The house can be incomplete/abstract but still should be elegant (not cartoonish)
Possible design of the house structure could envelope the names, or use your imagination.
