Contest Brief

We need a letterhead, business cards and DL brochure designed!

If you can streamline our corporate identity that would be fantastic :)

Simple, white backgrounds, modern!

Business Card:

1) Vertical Slimline design
2) Logo at the top of the front side
3) Small QR code down the bottom somewhere (which will auto-add the person to phone contacts)
4) Absolute minimal details - Name, Title, Email, Website, Phone #
5) WHITE background
6) Reverse side really simple - your choice of how

DL Flyer:

Just quickly, to avoid wasting any of your time, to be considered, the entry must:

1) Be modern & simple in design
2) Emphasise our FIXED fees
3) Include the same information as the attached (OLD) flyer
4) Make the following changes to the text from the (OLD) flyer

Please see attached our logo and OLD flyer as a reference

Changes (FRONT)....
- Change "Property Law Experts" to "Property Law"
- Move "It is all we do" beside or beneath "Property Law" (like it's a company slogan)
- Emphasise our fixed fees
- For a 'Purchase' please at an extra * so it says $825**
- Please, for a Purchase, also change the text underneath from "INC GST + SEARCHES & OUTLAYS" to
"INC GST (new line) Additional: Searches & Outlays"
- Underneath these boxes, we will have text saying "For a full quote, please visit 'insert website'"
- Do a 'footer' for the flyer that emphasises our website and includes the phone number (but not as big)
- Add the words 'If you're happy with this quote, simply have the selling agent send a copy of the contract to 'email address'

Changes (BACK)....
- change the number of offices from five to four
- change the design of the office locations
- add the following in small text " *Including all Legal work for a standard Residential
Conveyance, but excluding any third party charges" AND " ** Search prices vary between Councils" - this relates to the * for the pricing on the front.
