Create a picture for presentation - bicycle + car

Contest Brief

Draw as the rear bicycle backlight with a radar scans a vehicle approaching from behind. Shpuld be mounted on the bicycle, which moves.
In the attachments, an old example - should be much better and attractive.
Also, find the design of the backlight with a radar.
You can use any free photo with a bicycle and the vehicle from behind and attach the backlight there.
