I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a creative 8x10 postcard flyer for business advertisement purposes.
*********PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. EVERYONE IS MISSING THE 5TH SERVICE OF FLOORING .

We are a home improvement company that offers homeowners services to remodel their home. We remodel the kitchen, bathroom, and install new roof and windows.
Your job is to create a flyer. 8x10 flyer with 2 sides of information

use colors that are attractive and will get customers attention .do not use brown colors

On the front side I need the top to say WELCOME HOME . Congratulations on your new home.….and then a picture of a family looking at a home with a just sold sign in the foreground .. somewhere in the front mention ...

On the back side, we envision four distinct designs, each outlined in a square format representing our core services: 1. Kitchen, 2. Bathroom, 3. Windows, and 4. Roof. 5 flooring Utilize high-resolution images for each service, with detailed information available in the attached file. ( PDF...name" get information from here ") Maintain a professional aesthetic, ensuring the design is not only visually appealing but also reflective of our brand identity.
