3D Charterer Design (for animated video game, logo, and story)

Contest Brief

We need a 3D character design based on the attached sketch of person.

All I want is for people to submit the design mock up for approval - and then they can go ahead with final animation/design of the 3D character.
FIRST $100 IS JUST FOR THE MOCK UP OF WHAT YOU CAN OFFER then more $ to finalize.
we will be making an animated logo from this 3D character, and a video story, and also games on our platform.

whoever submits the best one, WINS the work.
