Contest Brief
Our business has traded for 12 years. We are redesigning our website and image and need a new logo fast. The images and logo we have used are attached.
The ideal shape is 1:1 or square or can fit in a square shape.
The business is private tutoring of pupils aged 5-18. The main subjects are maths and English.
The Business name is Excelr8 Learning. The word Excelr8 suggests 2 things:
1. The idea of excelling
2. the idea of accelerating.
In a nutshell: improving (academically) at a rapid rate. Ideally the logo should incorporate these ideas.
Child friendly and humorous would be ideal characteristics

Thank you for all the ideas presented so far. However none are suitable.
• A stylised/cartoon-like image of a rocket, without any words MIGHT work.
• Avoid sharp edges, needle-like objects in the logo, because such things disappear or become difficult to recognize/see when you decrease size of an image.
• A simple clear image
So now we will try to get a graphic image WITHOUT the words Excelr8 Learning.
Other key points:
• Colours Orange and Royal (dark) Blue
• The rocket idea is only 1 idea that is possible but so far I have not see a suitable rocket
• For a tutoring school so not too corporate looking- 6 years ago
