Contest Brief

I need a logo for my wife's bilingual school method. She is an English teacher for kids and she wants a colorful logo using mainly pink, blue, yellow, red, purple, green and white colors with a rainbow in vertical angle, four or five (different) children's heads in a horizontal angle, written up PLAY TO LEARN and down ENGLISH FOR KIDS, illustration as attached image. She also wants two small flags uk and usa, however she is opened to receive new ideas.
