Contest Brief

I am looking for a graphic designer who has the skill and creativity to redesign old brochure for Home Health business to a new more simple and modern beautiful design. I need a 8.5" x 11" (tri-fold) brochure design in Illustrator or Photoshop file format so it can easily be editable for us later on.

Details*
- Use different images and medical color schemes to brighten up the design
- Keep the content text wording from the original brochure, just play with the placement and style, etc.
