Contest Brief

I want to make a tutoring website to help people find english teachers. The company is called "EZ Languages Online". I want to start with the landing page, including the header and a logo. I really like the layout of this site (http://www.verbalplanet.com). For colors, please choose a light colored theme, nothing that sticks out too much.

Please indicate whether work includes psd only, or also includes html/css. Bootstrap css preferred. Afterwards, I'd like to make some revisions and am willing to spend more to cover major redesigns if any. Also will need to design 3-4 more pages.

The information should be as follows
Header links: "Create An Account", "Login", "FAQ", "Contact", "Pricing", "Benefits", "Schedule"

Banner: "Learn English Online". "Hire Experienced Native speaking teachers". "Interactive lessons via Skype". (Please add some stock photos here with someone using a headset on a computer)

Calls to Action: "Schedule a Trial", "Schedule your lessons Today"

Generic Panels: (Please just put 3 panels with fill in text for now)

Testimonial's Panel. I want to showcase about 6 testimonials. Just use about 150 words each. Should include a photo of a person and a flag indicating whether the person is from.

More Calls to Action: "How it works", "Schedule your class Now",

Generic Large Panel: "Native Speakers", "Cost Effective", "Flexible Schedule"

Is it okay to use an existing WordPress theme and Create an amazing custom design for you ?
Is it mandatory to submit PSD's to win the contest ? What If I directly work with WordPress ?
After completed the homepage may I send you a screenshot of my design and a link of live demo ?
