Contest Brief

Need a logo for my shop. It's called "Hardcore Enterprises Inc", we have a sister shop opening soon called "Hardcore Metals Ltd". We specialize in heavy mechanical, custom metal fabrication, custom vehicles and metal projects of all kinds. The Metal shop will selling metals and will be an addition to the metal shop. I am looking for two logos that have the same rough appearance but have the separate company names. They will be applied side by side on a split sign. Prefer a taller logo rather than wide, to better fit business cards and landscape oriented signs. Our traditional colours are black and chrome, with blue accents. Interested in all other possibilities of colour if it works. Looking for the logo that can be applied to both white and black backgrounds (By switching colours between black, chrome, and blue for example). I've attached a picture of the welding truck and a dump truck with the theme. Chrome. Lights. Classic. Cool. Hardcore.
