Hi, from my experience, let me just say that the top banner shouldn't have much going on, it should be simple focusing on your company name, and sponsors or some featured companies. Can you tell me what does the writing in your language say? I would focus on company on top banner, and then on bottom banner 300x300, I would focus on company features like custom builds, repairs etc. We should avoid repeating the elements (except company name and sponsors) because it is bad design, makes you repetitive and boring to a customer. This is from my experience and it's something we learn about in college, but if you insist and have good arguments we can discuss this. Let me know what you think.
