I've had an illustration of the outside of a house drawn. I would like to have a house plan drawn based on the illustration. It should preferably have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area & living area as well as a garage. The estimated size of the property lot is 300 square meters (15x20).
