A cartoon sketch of a parade in front of a Cape Cod, Massachusetts downtown with small, shingled houses (see image) and downtown stores in the background. In the parade are lobsters, fish, oysters, boat, light house (see images). The parade, downtown, and things in the parade are decorated and wearing Mardi Gras items. The sketch should be black and white, but Mardi Gras items in color (purple, yellow, green)
