*** IMPORTANT: the word "cartoon" in the title is a bit misleading, please don't make your houses too cartoonistic; also, you don't need to make drastic changes to the original design, just make changes such as tuning the color, adding a window on the roof, changing the shape of the roof, add textures, etc is enough. thanks!

Hi Freelancers,
I am currently building a basketball themed mobile game and I have obtained a design from a freelancer, however, I hope that two houses as circled in yellow color in attached picture could be improved and replaced by two houses with similar shape and size but with improved quality.

The requirements for the houses shall be as follows:
1. size - the shorter house : 700 * 250 pixels, taller house 700 * 500 pixels.. both NOT counting the parts occluded by the wall.

2. format: in two separate psd files for two houses.

3. brightness: I prefer to be slightly darker than the one in my picture. with some windows having light turned on and some off.

* important * 4. style of house: USA-city-styled house. yet to fit with other elements of the background, I prefer the houses to be less colorful with less sophisticated features, dull and boring colors are preferred over vivid colors.
A good example of style is the tall building on the left.

5. shape of roof : NOT being trapezoid
