Contest Brief

Flight Sim Aircraft Model Synchronization App. Network and user controller mod, Data-ref & network server sync process application.

P3D AND X-Plane (XP) both flight simulator platforms, provides world simulation for aircraft (ac) models to plugin to. XP and Prep3rd (P3D) world sim platforms. They allow P2P multiplayer, and 3rd party connector apps for VPN play. But functionality is lost because model internal refs do not sync between players with P2P or VPN. The job is to design architecture, either coding a platform and or network workaround, by replicating/transferring or reverse sync player to single instance then split to connect to the native P2P app,
Why?
As this is only for use within our Aviation training organization (ATO) and the available aircraft models any use of software is under license. The high fidelity models custom internal systems detail, DO NOT sync to native P3d or XP platform. They need to access to the platforms or run outside the platform and be emulated on the second trainees screen.
1. 1. The desired outcome: is both INSTRUCTOR/USER able to view identical instance or exact duplicate of aircraft model instance in an emulated P2P server environment. That is: two Users connected to servers running two independent controllers and views with independent IP addresses, the two instances then connect with remote to wherever the player connects from. we will have licenses for each instance and is within terms of home use.
