<Technology Description>
This technology collects road images taken by cameras installed in connected vehicles and creates road map information such as traffic jam information and accident information. For example, a map creation server creates road map information.
The server collects the group of vehicles in the image on the road taken by the camera mounted on the connected vehicle, and the same group of vehicles on the same road taken by another connected vehicle. Based on these two images, the server calculates the moving speed, direction, and acceleration of the vehicle group and determines whether there is a traffic jam or not.
