     he sends me only a preview of the work in psd ( after 30 min of awarding)
     but he told me also to send me the css codes to integrate it into my page.
     
     he didn't made any banner, nothing. just an preview in photoshop that anybody can do.
     
     this was not our deal.
     
     1. on emails he promised me all the time to send me the codes
     2. he told me everytime "tomorrow i will be ready"
     3. after the time of the contest was over, he never replies on my messages.
     4. i told him that i am new to freelancer and i don't know what happen
     5. he just told me... "the payment was automatically, don't worry about that"
     
     he was cheating on me from the 1st minute and his is not ok
     i will never forget this action
