Contest Brief

I am in need of a skilled designer to redo my current text-based logo. The current design is outdated and I am looking for a fresh new look. I would like the new logo to have a white monochromatic color scheme, with just one color. I need the font to be the same as the existing logo with possibly an icon of a cottage. Another idea is that the cottage is located in a rugged mountain area so possibly an icon to represent this?
I am attaching the existing logo. I need to make sure that the font is kept the same.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience in logo design and redesign
- Knowledge of current design trends
- Ability to create a visually appealing and modern logo
- Proficiency in color theory and the use of monochromatic color schemes
