I need a WordPress Mockup design with Arabic language content RTL and compatibility.
We have a logo that the theme should use to blend with the design. (Attached)
The designer should install the theme on WordPress once he is awarded.
*******Avoid using templates*******

There is something that I like( http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/47780.html ) but I want something nicer and better, if you can`t provide one of your own, try to use this template and enhance its design.
I have tried to do some thing with it in Arabic just for your reference (Attached @ Untitled-1.png)

You should create a mockup first and than be awarded, once you are than you will install your mockup on my WordPress website.

1 - Educational articles.
- This page should allow comments after approval.
2 - Arab and foreign studies in the field of special education and learning difficulties.
- This page should have PDF files for the viewer to select and view
3 - Educational Sites Suggestions
- This page has other websites boxes to be visited.
4 – Flash Therapeutic activities in the Arabic language and mathematics to play online.
- This page should have activities done by flash for Arabic and Math so the flash will be on a play box. You can see the in the example.
5 - Market
- This page contents are all for sale products. it should have images and precises..

I want the website to have social network links i.e. Facebook, Instagram, twitter.

***IMPORTANT----
- Done for get “Arabic Language Wordpress (RTL)”
- The designer should install the design on WordPress once he is awarded.
- The website should be responsive.
- Avoid using original templates

Yes, I read the brief & its not clear & here is my question once again for you.

Is the prize money for a mockup design, which you will approve & than award a new project.

So again my question is we will present the mockup and you like it & we win the contest & after that you will award us the whole project with new price terms. I am right? If I am wrong please make me correct this will be appreciated.
