Contest Brief

I need a freelancer to create a soft-focus effect that can be applied to typography.

I have attached an image for reference.

I want to use the soft focus on parts of typography for a graphic design poster I am working on.

The freelancer who gets this job will need to create a file with the fx / effect that I can use after the job is done.

I am using InDesign but I am also happy with Illustrator or Photoshop.
