I have logged in to my Wordpress admin panel after 2 weeks, and noticed 2 other users.

See red circle in attached screenshot.

Their name and email address look suspicious.

I need someone to investigate these 2, are they malicious codes? or hackers'accounts.
When did they arrive inside my admin?
How could they make themselves as admin?
They had admin level access. I just changed them to customer.

Payment for this investigation will be $15 at least, for your report.
