Contest Brief

This is a kids top hat, age 4 to 8.
Each colour will be have a band around it with a gold buckle.
Each coloured hat will be branded with the Word "Carlichauns"
and in addition each hat should have a different name branded --Hazel, Big Green, Zara, Reily, Dara.
Each hat will have a shamrock to the side.
Top hat height 15.24 cm.
Brim 5.08 cm
Head Circumference approx 20 50.8 cm
