Contest Brief

I am in need of a creative and skilled artist to help create a beautiful anniversary gift for my girlfriend! She loves axolotls and kawaii aesthetics, and I'd like to commission a digital artwork that reflects these interests. The artwork should be in the form of two axolotls snuggling together, with one being a light blue and the other a small pink. They should have happy faces and look have a general cute aesthetic.

If you are able and willing to provide the pre-export source file (such as PSD) that would be very appreciated. And if you're the kind of artist who would use a different layer per axolotl and one for he background as well that's a huge plus for me as I might use the individual axolotls as a cute long distance his and hers mug. That's not a priority so don't worry too much about that but if it fits with how you work normally then great!

The background would ideally be placing them into a kawaii type of undersea environment that compliments the colors present in the axolotl's with a focus on pink if you can find a way to make it work. I'm not an artist so I'll leave that to you to decide what works best.

The style of the artwork should be cartoon-like, and the colour palette should be pastel. Hot pink is a definite no for her, so make sure whatever pink you use is on the lighter side. The size should be Medium (8x10 to 13x19 inches) as I'm planning to print it out myself at home with a professional photo printer. I'm looking for somebody with a keen eye for detail and can help me out a smile on her face in a couple weeks :)
