I need a logo design for a new online store, the logo must be based in the "penacho de moctezuma" attached 2 files, tons of images of the original one if you google this.

The name of the company is TLATOQUE.

The logo has to transmit the idea of a formal company, mexican, but actual company (as in 2015 era) our idea of a logo has to be simple but nice. with color as it is but not to say "party". The web page will sell mexican products and the name of the company refers to the rules of mexico in the aztec times.

the logo will have to include a legend: "Mexican Made Handcraft"

we need:
a) the full resolution file with layers and fully editable. (corel preferably) Colors clearly specified, font types, etc..
b) the logo as an image high quality with white background
c) the same logo as an image high quality with black background

So basicly you need that penacho vectorized? And that will be your logo? And than below the logo add "Mexican Made Handcraft", am I right?

  well if you remove concepts like creativity, design or even effort, I guess you are right. But I can vectorize the penacho my self, that is not why I will pay.
